Returning Your Items

If your item is eligible for a return (see below), it must be returned within 15 days of the date you received it. All items will be inspected upon return. Please contact us via email to initiate the return process.

Please note: At this time, we do not offer return shipping labels and shipping is non-refundable. The shipping is your responsibility.

Please do not ship items back without pre approval.

  • Clothing
  • Accessories

Ineligible Items for Return

  • Decor
  • textiles
  • Bedding 
  • Sale items
  • Items damaged through normal wear, such as sun exposure, humidity, or other natural factors
  • Items purchased at Vendor Markets or Shows

Clothing + Accessories Return Eligibility

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, hair (animal or human), and damage

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment once all items have been received and inspected and will show on your account within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Received purchases are not eligible for price adjustments unless purchased within 2 days of when the sale began
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only.

Gift Returns

Gift returns are eligible for Ville Maison store credit only.

  • Gift returns require the original purchaser's name and order number
  • Please email sales@villemaison.ca for assistance with all gift returns

Manufacturer Defects or Transit Damages

Defects and damages are an unfortunate inconvenience and we share in your frustration when these issues arise. Each case is subject to inspection and approval. Please email us within 24hrs of receiving the item. 

Please Note: Natural materials, such as wood and marble, have variations and their imperfections are not considered defects.
