Return Policy

Returning Your Items

If your item is eligible for a return (see below), it must be returned within 15 days of the date when the local pickup order was placed or 15 days of the date you received the item through shipping. All items will be inspected upon return. Please contact us via email to initiate the return process.

Please note: At this time, we do not offer return shipping labels and shipping is non-refundable. The shipping is your responsibility.

Please do not ship items back without pre approval.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment once all items have been received and inspected and will show in your account within 5-7 business days. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Received purchases are not eligible for price adjustments unless purchased within 2 days of when the sale began. Sale items are eligible for store credit only.

Manufacturer Defects or Transit Damages

Defects and damages are an unfortunate inconvenience and we share in your frustration when these issues arise. Each case is subject to inspection and approval. Please email us within 24hrs of receiving the item.

Please Note: Natural materials, such as wood and marble, have variations and their imperfections are not considered defects.

Gift Returns:

Gift returns are eligible for Ville Maison store credit only.

Gift returns require the original purchaser's name and order number.

Shipping Policy

Where do we ship to?

Ville Maison ships across Canada and the United States.

Who do we ship with?

We use Canada Post or UPS for shipping. We can not be responsible for any delays once the package has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

For Canadian orders, the shipping rate is a flat fee of $20.00 for home decor orders between 0-2kg and $25.00 for home decor orders between 2-30kg. For Canadian clothing/accessories/bedding orders, the rate varies between $5.00-$10.00 depending on the products. For USA orders, shipping fees are calculated by total order weight/size. Orders over $150 will receive free shipping, however, subject to change with discount codes offered periodically.

Local Delivery

Local delivery service is available for a flat fee of $10.00 CAD for people residing only in Agassiz, British Columbia or Chilliwack, British Columbia.

Local Agassiz Pickup

We offer free local pickup from our location in Agassiz, British Columbia. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. You will also receive an email with the specific address once your order has been placed.
